Veteran center's PTSD Family Coach is an app for relatives of veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other psychological problems as a result of traumatic experiences.
The app provides in-depth information about PTSD and provides tools that can help you handle the mental stresses of daily life, as well as provide support and help you, your family and the person with mental problems.
Being the relative of a veteran with PTSD can be experienced stressful. Therefore, app 24 different stress management tools, such as breathing and mindfulnessøvelser, and you can test your own stress level and keep an eye on the changes over time.
You can also easily find information about where you can turn for help and support.
The app is a Danish adaptation of the app PTSD Family Coach, developed by the National Center for PTSD (US Department of Veterans Affairs) and National Center for Telehealth & Technology (US Department of Defense).
